The best place on the delta by a long shot!
I live in the mobile home park in isleton .I just wanted to let everyone know that in the 5 years that I have lived here .We have or should I say had one of the most kindest and friendly maintenance man .Due to a misunderstanding monte cristo decided to let him go and what a mistake that was now .Here we go and when we have no maintenance the trailer park will go to hell .Joe is not giving a fair deal not even allow d to tell the facts .I just don’t know what this trailer park is coming to.
Isleton MH & RV Park is a true hidden gem! With its tranquil setting, friendly community, and ideal location for me, it’s the perfect place to call home. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and Im grateful to Erika Hunt and her team for creating such a wonderful environment for all who live here!
The park is very quiet and it’s very nice atmosphere with nice people there. Erika is a great manager and happy that she was so quick to get our application processed!
I love the atmosphere…everyone here is so nice and it’s really quiet…would recommend…especially Erica she rocks couldn’t ask for a better manager
This is a quiet park in a great location with a responsive management and maintenance team!
I’ve only been here for 2 months. So far so good it’s very quite. Everyone here is very nice and looks out for each other. If you plan on looking to live in the park you should definitely come here. Erica is an awesome manager very friendly and got me in super quick. I highly recommend this place
Isleton MH & RV Park by the Delta has been increasing with renovations and upgrades. The new management, Erika has done amazing improvements successfully. She is friendly, understanding and willing to help Tenants. It’s close to the river, docks and near stores and entertainment. I really look forward to seeing more positive changes to this Resort. 🙂
I love this park! It’s cute n quiet, and within walking distance of the river and Downtown Isleton. Erika, the manager is awesome, really kind and responsive. I def recommend. 👍😁
Our Community Leader, Erika, is the best thing that has happened since I moved in almost two years ago. She responds quickly, is present during posted office hours, and knows the laws! Since she’s been here, unsafe potholes have been serviced. Her communication and consistent updates make a huge difference. Most of all, it is evident she genuinely cares about this community and its residents.
A welcome presence, I have no doubt that if Erika is overseeing ops and resident concerns, the quality of life will continue to improve for all who live here. Safe and serene, with her help, this park will soon be even more beautiful.

Erika is the new sherif in town and she is an excellent addition as the park manager. She responds fast to all my concerns and she’s on top of all the happenings in the park. Keep up the good work!
